I am Jane Alves, founder of Distill. For over 10 years I have worked in People, Talent and business in Latin America.
My trajectory combines corporate experience, strategic recruiting, entrepreneurship and executive education at MBA Americas, with close work alongside professionals and organizations in different markets and cultural contexts.
It was from this experience that Distill was born, the method that named the company: transforming a complex trajectory into clarity, positioning and action.
Today, I advise leaders in moments of professional evolution, whether to land a new position or to sustain a new level of performance inside an organization.
